END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Please read this agreement carefully before using any software developed by Ari Project. By using our software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

1. Ownership

All software products developed by Ari Project are the intellectual property of Ari Project and are protected under intellectual property laws. You may use our software only as permitted by this agreement.

2. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided "AS IS" without any warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

3. Free for Personal Use

Our software is provided free of charge for personal use.

4. Commercial Use

For commercial use, such as in businesses, enterprises, or mass distribution, you are required to purchase a Commercial License. Please contact Ari Software Project via email for licensing details.

5. Restrictions

You are not permitted to sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the software or any part thereof to third parties.
You are not allowed to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except to the extent that such actions are expressly permitted by applicable law.

6. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use, export, or re-export of the software.
